Return Management Dashboard

Happy Returns wanted to build white label tools for their customer base of online retailers. The tools needed to manage order returns, view success metrics, control the look of their customer returns experience, and set rules for order refunds.

I worked closely with two of their internal Product Managers who defined requirements for the system. Representative designs for the experience are below.

White Label Customization Tool

The company’s customers were online retail stores. In addition to managing orders, stores needed a way to customize the look and feel of their customer-facing returns page, set rules for how they would accept returns, and how money or credit would be returned to the customer.

We also included a way for stores to track success metrics by monitoring NPS scores and customer feedback.
